Shipping policy

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer Local Delivery to the Ottawa and Surrounding Area. Once your order has been placed, we will contact you via email to set up your delivery date.

Included locations: Central Ottawa, East end, Sound end and west end + a 50km radius around Ottawa. We also deliver to certain locations in Gatineau, Quebec.

*Prices vary depending on local delivery location. Exact prices will be displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING SERVICES - CANADA POST

Shipping costs are determined at checkout by Canada Post. We pay for part of the  shipping cost, therefore, we offer a flat fee depending on your order amount.  We recommend selecting a shipping service that will provide you with tracking #. 

If you select a shipping service with no tracking, please note Eiralize Lashes is NOT reliable for any lost, or damage package(s) caused by Canada Post or any courier. If you have not received your package within a reasonable time frame (considering Covid delays) please feel free to email us and we can try to help you open a claim with Canada Post. When you are selecting shipping with no tracker, you are accepting all risks, and release Eiralize Lashes from any liability. 

Canadian Shipping fees:

  • Spend $15.00 + →       $6.00 shipping fee (with tracking)
  • Spend $30.00 + →       $5.00 shipping fee (with tracking)
  • Spend $50.00 + →       $4.00 shipping fee (with tracking)
  • Spend $60.00 + →       FREE SHIPPING
  • Lettermail shipping → FREE SHIPPING (no tracking) → Applies to silk lashes, 5 Pack Lashes, and tools only!

United States Shipping fees: 

  • Spend $15.00 + →       $6.00 shipping fee (with tracking)
  • Spend $36.00 + →       $5.00 shipping fee (with tracking)
  • Spend $50.00 + →       $4.00 shipping fee (with tracking) 
  • Spend $60.00 + →       FREE SHIPPING
  • Lettermail shipping → FREE SHIPPING (no tracking) → Applies to silk lashes, 5 Pack Lashes, and tools only!

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time varies based on shipping method chosen. Due to Covid-19, please allow the carrier longer than usual shipping times.

 

HANDLING TIME

Please allow 1-3 days for handling time. You will be notified once your order is ready for local delivery OR has been shipped by Canada Post.
